What happens if there is a claim?

Bondable is a solution that helps mediate a quick outcome for all parties. As the tenant you remain legally responsible for damages, non-payment of rent and any other breaches of the tenancy agreement. In the event of a claim, we have a digital mediation process in place to help both parties come to a quick resolution.

When a claim is made, as long as supporting documentation is provided (i.e. photos of the damage, rental ledger showing missed payments, etc), Bondable will immediately pay the amount claimed up to one month's rent to the Property Manager / Rental Provider. Bondable's dispute mediation process will then commence in order to recover the claimed funds from those liable.
