How does immediate claim payments work?

One of Bondable's key points of difference is that we pay up to one month's rent immediately once a claim is lodged - as long as proof of the claim is provided (i.e. photos of the damage, rental ledger, etc.). This enables timely reimbursement to the Landlord / Rental Provider, unlike traditional claim and tribunal processes where the cash can be tied up in lengthy and expensive processes, waiting for a resolution to be achieved. Bondable provides the claims payment up to one month's rent immediately, after which we take care of the dispute mediation process to ensure a fair outcome for all and to then recover the funds from the liable parties.
