How to manage users in your team
Managing your users in your team is simple and secure. Whether you’re inviting new members or updating existing user permissions, everything you need is in one easy-to-access location.
✅ Inviting New Users

Click the Settings icon in the left-hand sidebar, and Organisation Details

Navigate to the User Management tab at the top of the page.

On the User Management screen, click + Invite Members.
A pop-up window will appear where you can fill in the details of the person you'd like to invite. You’ll need to enter:

Name
-
Email address
-
Mobile number
-
Role
📌 Tip: Each role comes with its own set of permissions. You can review these by clicking the View Permissions link in blue.
Once all fields are complete, click Send Invite. The invited user will receive an email with a link to join your team.
✅ Managing Existing Users

From anywhere in the platform, go to Settings using the sidebar.

Select the User Management tab.
You’ll see a list of all current users. Their names appear in blue, and clicking on one will open their user profile.
🛠️ From here, you can:

View or update user details, such as name, email, mobile number, and role

Click Edit Details to change their information or permissions

Click Delete User to remove them from your agency
🔒 Note: You’ll only be able to make changes if your own role includes permission to manage users.
If you choose to delete a user, a confirmation window will appear. Click Yes, Remove to permanently delete them from your account.
