About this notice
This is an upgrade to the technology we use to operate and host VicForms. As the platform operator, we periodically make user-experience and hosting updates to keep your access stable and compliant. Because no action was required from you - and to minimise any risk of interruption - we completed the change first and are confirming it now. Your access, subscription, and data in VicForms remain unchanged.
If you receive other communications about VicForms
You may see messages about changes to VicForms. What matters for you is uninterrupted access, compliant forms, and your data. Hutly operates and hosts the VicForms platform and may update the user experience to maintain service quality. Your access continues via BuddyBee with no action required from you.
Is VicForms being turned off or replaced?
No. VicForms will continue to be available through BuddyBee.
Why didn’t you notify us earlier?
This was an operational/hosting and user-experience update that required no customer action. Hutly is permitted to operate/host VicForms and update the user experience to enhance stability and access; we completed the change first to minimise disruption and are confirming the change now.
Who is responsible for what?
REIV is responsible for keeping the forms content up-to-date and compliant with law and Hutly is responsible for the technical operation, hosting and maintenance of the platform.
Does my access or subscription change?
No. Access continues and service levels remain in place (including 99.9% uptime and defined support pathways).
What about my data?
Access to your data in VicForms continues.
What happens if there are contractual changes between organisations?
The agreement contemplates continuity and customer choice: if the agreement ends, each party acknowledges the Customer remains a customer of each, and neither may restrict the other from providing services to that Customer.
Has Hutly received notice from REIV about VicForms?
Yes. REIV has notified Hutly of its intention not to renew for the second term of the Commercial Agreement.
Why am I being told by Hutly?
Hutly is responsible under the Agreement for the technical operation and hosting of the platform. Informing you of system and product updates is part of that responsibility. We are sharing what this change means for you as a Customer of the Hutly Platform (which currently serves VicForms Forms to you).
What does this mean for me as a Customer?
There is no change. VicForms continues to be offered through Hutly on an exclusive basis until the expiry of the current term.
Following the expiry of Hutly’s agreement with the REIV nothing changes to your access, your data, or your ability to prepare, execute and manage forms. From this time onwards:
- You will continue to access your data and all forms through the Hutly Platform.
- You can continue to prepare, execute and manage contracts in the same way as today.
- Hutly will maintain the platform, service levels, and support to ensure continuity for Customers.
Do I need to take any action?
No. Your access, subscription, data and service continue uninterrupted.
