Navigation Introduction
Hutly One Touch™ now allows you to create templates to quickly and easily send and sign your digital documents.
One Touch™Access One Touch™ templates by clicking One Touch™ from the VicForms header
Click + New template or Add a new template to create your first One Touch™ template
Complete the required fields for your template including;
- Uploading documents to tag and sign
- Adding signees, roles, and details if required
- Template details and default envelope details
Click prepare documents to proceed and add fields to your documents
Add fields
Drag and drop fields to your One Touch™ template as seen in the envelope preparation process.
Click Publish Template to save and allow the template to be used to create One Touch™ envelopes
You can now see the template in your list of published templates and can create a new envelope from the actions menu of the template.
