Introduction
Your One Touch™ envelopes are able to be easily resent to correct signing details or assist recipients to receive missed signing emails.
Resend
From the Actions menu of a sent envelope select Resend to display the Resend modal
Resend envelope
In the window that appears, select the signees whose details you wish to update.
Updating the signee details here will also update the information that generates to your One Touch documents (e.g. updating the Name updates the signature that will be generate upon signing.)
Select Resend envelope to send out the envelope to the updated contact/s.
