On the Utility Provider page accessible from VicForms you are now able to see insights into your agency utility referrals.
Conversion rateThe conversion rate figures give an overall percentage of your monthly utility referral conversions and all-time conversion rates.
The utility referral table allows you to see detailed information on the utility referral, as well as the status of the referral with time-logged events.
Using the filters provided above the table you are able to sort referrals by:
- Contract Status
- Referral Status
- Date Range.
