This article will go through the steps and options on the sign in page for REIV/VicForms members accessing the Hutly Platform.
The Sign In Page
The very first page you will be greeted with is the sign in page. From here typically you will enter your email and password to access your Hutly Portal.
Password
The small "eye" icon in the password box can be used to unhide the text in the password box.
This can be beneficial to ensure that you are typing in the correct characters with visual confirmation, or as a helpful reminder of what the password actually is if you are using any form of autofill
In the event that you have forgotten your password or you are getting an error saying that the password is incorrect, click on the blue 
Errors
In the event of unexpected errors on the page or logging in you can click on the blue Visit the Support Centre at the very bottom of the page. From here you will be able to access FAQs or submit a ticket for review from one of Customer Success team.
