How to Upload an Attachment to a Form

You can easily attach supporting documents such as PDFs, images, or other files to your forms before sending them for signing. This is useful for including additional information, compliance documents, or supporting evidence alongside your main form.

 

Step-by-step guide

1. Complete your form

Start by filling out your form as usual, ensuring all required fields are completed.


2. Click “Send to Signing”

Once your form is ready, click Send to Signing to move into the signing workflow.


3. Add your attachment

Within the signing screen:

  • Click Add Document
  • Upload your file(s), such as PDFs, images, or other relevant documents
  • Your attachments will be included alongside the main form in the signing pack

What you can upload

You can attach a range of file types, including:

  • PDF documents
  • Images (e.g. JPG, PNG)
  • Supporting documents relevant to the agreement

Tips

  • Make sure your attachments are final before sending, as changes after sending may require a new signing request
  • Use clear file names so recipients understand what each document contains
