Can I upload my own forms into the platform?
Yes, you can absolutely upload and use your own forms in the platform. You’re not limited to the pre-loaded forms and templates. This allows you to digitise any custom agreements, internal documents, or external forms and send them for eSigning.
How to upload your own form
Follow these steps to upload and prepare your document:
- Navigate to Sign from the left-hand menu
- Click Upload Document at the top of the page
- Select and upload your file
- Once uploaded, click Add Fields
- Drag and drop fields (e.g. signature, date, text) onto the document
- Position each field where required
- When finished, send the document for signing
