# Can I upload my own forms into the platform?
## Yes, you can absolutely upload and use your own forms in the platform. You’re not limited to the pre-loaded forms and templates. This allows you to digitise any custom agreements, internal documents, or external forms and send them for eSigning.
### How to upload your own form
Follow these steps to upload and prepare your document:
1. Navigate to **Sign** from the left-hand menu
2. Click **Upload Document** at the top of the page
3. Select and upload your file
4. Once uploaded, click **Add Fields**
5. Drag and drop fields (e.g. signature, date, text) onto the document
6. Position each field where required
7. When finished, send the document for signing
