Summarising your Inbox with BuddyBee

BuddyBee can connect to your email inbox and provide quick, clear summaries of recent messages. This helps you stay on top of what matters most without reading every email individually.

How to Summarise Emails

Log in to your email client

Outlook is the assumed setup, but this process can work across other email platforms provided the login details are saved. Ask BuddyBee to log in using your saved credentials.

Example:

“Please log in to Outlook (https://.microsoftonline.com) using saved credentials.”*

Request a summary

Once logged in, you can ask BuddyBee to provide a summary of recent emails.

Example:

“Could you please provide a summary of the last ten emails received?”

BuddyBee will then list each email by sender, subject line, and a short overview.

Identify what’s critical

To save time, you can ask BuddyBee to highlight which emails are most important for you to respond to.

Example:

“What do you think is most critical for me to respond to?”

BuddyBee will prioritise emails that require urgent action, such as:

  • Verification codes (which expire quickly)
  • Invoices or receipts (especially with scheduled payments)
  • Any financial or time-sensitive messages

Why Use This Feature?

  • Works with Outlook and other supported email platforms.
  • Saves time by avoiding the need to open every message.
  • Helps you focus on what’s urgent and action items first.
  • Keeps financial and transactional emails front of mind.

💡Tip: You can adjust the number of emails summarised (e.g., “last 5 emails” or “last 20 emails”) depending on how much detail you want.
