Managing your subscription

Your BuddyBee subscription gives you recurring monthly credits to power your AI workflows. This article explains how to view, update, and manage your subscription so you always have the right level of access for your needs.

Viewing your subscription

You can see your current subscription details, including plan type, billing cycle, and available credits, in the Subscriptions section of your BuddyBee account.

Udpating your subscription

You can update your subscription at any time:

  1. Go to Subscriptions in your BuddyBee dashboard.
  2. Select Change Plan to upgrade or downgrade.
  3. Choose the new subscription tier (Individual, Business, Enterprise).
  4. Confirm your changes — your new plan will begin immediately, and credits will adjust accordingly.

Billing & Renewal

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly, on the date you first subscribed.
  • Your credits refresh each month and will expire if not used by the end of the billing cycle.
  • Invoices and receipts can be downloaded directly from your BuddyBee dashboard under Billing.

Updating or Cancelling

If you want to update your subscription or you no longer need BuddyBee on a monthly basis, you can manage this through your BuddyBee dashboard:

  1. Navigate to Subscriptions.
  2. Select Manage Billing → Update Subscription or Cancel Subscription.
  3. Confirm your selection.

You can also maintain your payment methods and billing information from this screen.

👉 Note: Any unused subscription credits will expire at the end of your current billing cycle. Bundle credits (if purchased separately) remain in your account until used.

Adding credit bundles

If you need additional credits beyond your monthly allocation, you can purchase one-off bundles. Bundles do not expire and can be used alongside your subscription at any time. See our Credit Bundles article for more details.

Can I switch between subscription tiers?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time in your dashboard.

Do I get a refund if I cancel mid-cycle?

No - your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, and your credits will be available until then.

Can I combine a subscription with bundles?

Yes - many customers use a subscription for predictable monthly usage and add bundles for extra capacity.
