Understanding how credits work

Hutly uses credits as a simple way to measure and allocate AI effort. Instead of worrying about technical details like tokens or processing time, credits give you a clear, human-equivalent benchmark you can use to plan and budget your work.

Subscription Plans

These credits refresh automatically each month and expire at the end of the billing cycle if unused.

How credit usage works

Each subscription plan includes a monthly allocation of credits. These credits refresh at the start of every billing cycle.

  • Starter: 120 credits/ month

  • Professional: 240 credits/ month

  • Enterprise: 480 credits/ month

If your usage exceeds the credits included in your plan:

  • Your workflows continue running without interruption

  • Additional usage is billed as overage at your plan’s per-credit rate

  • Overage charges are calculated and billed at the end of the month

You’re never cut off — Hutly simply scales with you.

Overage rates by plan

If you go beyond your included monthly credits, the following per-credit rates apply:

  • Starter: $0.1289 per credit

  • Professional: $0.1031 per credit

  • Enterprise: $0.0808 per credit

Higher tiers benefit from lower per-credit costs.
