Renewing Residential Rental Agreements in Vic Forms

Introduction

From the Properties section in VicForms you can easily renew a residential rental agreement skipping any tedious data entry

From the Property Card select the quick actions button and Renew Rental Agreement to get started

Renewals wizard

The Renewals wizard allow you to quickly update any regularly changing details between each rental agreement.

Update any fields as necessary and click Preview Agreement to view the agreement PDF preview

Finalise & send for signing

After previewing your agreement you can then finalise and send it for signing as usual.

Note - You are still able to download and create a renewal by clicking the download button and returning to Vic Forms.
