Prepare a One Touch envelope from a template in Vic Forms

Introduction

After creating a One Touch Template, you can now use your template to quickly create and prepare One Touch envelopes to be sent to your signees.

Prepare new envelope

Select Prepare new envelope with this template from the Actions menu of your published template

Send for signing via One Touch™

Complete the required fields for your envelope including;

• Uploading additional documents to sign,
• Adding signee details
• Customising your envelop details
• Uploading additional documents sent with the signing email

Click Prepare documents for signing to continue

Add fields

Confirm the existing fields added to the document and add or customise further fields

Click Send for Signing to send your envelope to your nominated signees

Signing Status

After sending your envelope for signing you will be able to monitor the signing status of your sent documents
