Performing a hard reload / clear cache

If you’re having trouble accessing VicForms, it may be because your browser is loading an older version of the site. A hard reload or clearing your cache will force your browser to load the latest version.

Below are quick instructions for the most common browsers:

Google Chrome (Windows & Linux)

• Hold down Ctrl and click the Reload button, or
• Press Ctrl + Shift + R

Google Chrome (Mac)

• Hold down Shift and click the Reload button, or
• Press Command + Shift + R

Mozilla Firefox (Windows & Linux)

• Hold down Ctrl and click the Reload button, or
• Press Ctrl + F5

Mozilla Firefox (Mac)

• Hold down Shift and click the Reload button, or
• Press Command + Shift + R

Microsoft Edge (Windows & Linux)

• Press Ctrl + F5, or
• Press Ctrl + Shift + R

Safari (Mac)

• Hold down Option + Command and press E to empty the cache
• Reload the page with Command + R
