I can't find the form I need in ADL Online

ADL Forms Online is continuously evolving, and while we have made sure that our highest volume forms are available for use, there are still some forms from ADL Desktop that we are yet to bring to ADL Online. 

To date, the process of making forms available online has been highly manual and time-intensive, which has resulted in delays in publishing all ADL Desktop forms to ADL Online.

We are pleased to share that we are currently building a new solution that will enable us to publish all forms available in ADL Desktop directly into ADL Online.

This new capability is being developed using cutting-edge technology designed to deliver a smoother, more stable experience—without the glitches some users have encountered in the current ADL Online environment.

As part of this transition, we will no longer be investing time in the current manual process for bringing individual forms online.

Instead, all ADL Desktop forms will become available in ADL Online once the new solution goes live by the end of February 2026, ensuring it is ready as the market comes into full flight post the holiday season.
