# ADL - How to create a form from a template

Using templates is a great way to save time and stay consistent across your forms. You can create a new form from a saved template directly from either the **Templates** page or the **Properties** page—here’s how to do both.

### ✅ Option 1: From the Templates page

1. Go to the **Templates** section from the left-hand menu.
2. Find the template you want to use and click the **three dots** next to it.
3. Select **New Form from Template** from the dropdown menu.

Your form will open with all the pre-filled details ready to go!

### ✅ Option 2: From the Properties page

1. Head to the **Properties** page and click **New Form** in the top right corner.

2. Choose your:
   
     - **Region**
     - **Contract Type**
     - **Contract**
     - Enter the **Property Address**

3. Click **Continue**.

You’ll see a prompt to **Use Template**—simply select your preferred template, and your form will load with the saved details.
