# How to add, edit and remove Agent Profiles

This article is intended to help you add, edit or remove agent profiles that will appear on your CMA and Comparable Reports.

**Step 1: Select the "Agent Profiles" tab from the toolbar**

**Step 2: Select "Add Profile"**

**Step 3: Enter the agent's details, including position and phone number**

**Step 4: Click on the "Agent Photo" tab and click "Browse" to select a photo from your files. Then click "Upload"**

**Step 5: Click "Save" to save the profile. Then click on the small "x" on the top right hand corner to close the window**

**Step 6: Review your created profile**

**If you need to edit or remove the profile, click on "Edit Profile" on the agent**

**Here you can edit the agent details. Click "Remove" if you wish to remove the profile.**
