  • Yes, Hutly's One Touch signing has been designed to work on mobile devices, as well as computers
Do my renters / owners / buyers / sellers need to scribble a signature?
  • No, signing using Hutly One Touch is as simple as clicking a button. Because the signing event is recorded using Distributed Ledger Technology there is no need to manually scribble a signature.
Can I change my utility partner at any time?
  • Yes! You can access these settings from the "Utility Referrals" section of Vic Forms
Do I need to accept Hutly's terms and conditions to use Vic Forms?
  • Yes, This is essential because, for Hutly to provide services to the REIV and its members, data must pass through Hutly's systems. Additionally, from time to time, Hutly is requested by signees and/or agency staff to assist with supporting Vic Forms.
Can I use an international number with One Touch?
  • Yes - you can absolutely use One Touch for tenants with international mobile numbers! Just remember to add the relevant country code in front of the number in the Vicforms mobile section.
