USING CHAT PROMPTS TO CREATE FORMS IN VICFORMS
With Hutly Chat, you can create and complete VicForms in minutes using simple prompts.
The process is straightforward:
- Tell Hutly which form you need and provide the property address;
- Progressively add details to complete the form.
You can provide information in batches or step by step - progressive entry often leads to clearer results, but both work.
Completing VicForms in this way is faster, more accurate and ensures you’re always working with the latest official VicForms version - no manual work required.
Create the form
Always start by telling BuddyBee which form and the property address. The form cannot be created without an address.Example Prompts:
- Create an exclusive sales authority (002) in VicForms for address 123 Buddy Street, Richmond VIC 3121
- Create a Residential Rental Agreement (135) in VicForms for 25 Bee Street, Carlton VIC 3053
- Start an Exclusive Auction Authority (003) in VicForms for 7/88 Buddy Street, Preston VIC 3072
Fill the form with details
After the form is created, add fields one prompt at a time. You can keep sending short, targeted updates. You could also ask the agent to let you know what fields are required - this will help you to provide all the necessary detail.
Example Prompts:
- Tell me which fields need to be filled out
- Set vendor name to Michael Jordan, same address
- Add purchaser name as Sarah Connor, 12 Bee Street, Melbourne VIC 3000
- Set sale price to $1,250,000
- Update agent email to buddy@bee.com.au
- Add tenant John Citizen, 0412 345 678

💡Best Practice Tips
- Open VicForms at the start the process. This will enable you to easily switch between Hutly and the form to check progress.
- While the agent is still learning, some fields may be difficult to complete through prompts. Complete drop down menus, radio boxes and dates in the form directly.
- Prompt progressively. If you provide the data for all fields at once, it may overwhelm the agent. Start slow and build.
