Certificate of completion - Vic Forms

When a document has been completed you will receive a PDF of the signed agreement and the certificate of completion

Completion

An agreement is marked as completed when all signees have signed the document. This can be confirmed by checking the signing status

Certificate of completion

The certificate of completion displays all relevant information and events relating to the signing process.

This includes the event timestamp, signee contact details, IP address and document name

Should you ever need to verify the integrity of a document signed via One Touch the Certificate of Completion will provide any information you need.

The certificate and completed agreement can be re-downloaded at any time from the agreement page:
