Can I Delete a Property Card?

At the moment in ADL, the ability to delete a property card does not exist.

Why? Because in real estate, auditing and compliance are critical — which means records can’t simply be deleted.

We understand that mistakes happen — sometimes a property card is created with the wrong address, or you just wish you could tidy up old records. You’re not alone, and we’ve been listening to this feedback from our customers.

Looking Ahead

For now, property cards can’t be deleted or edited for compliance reasons. As we move forward to a joint and consolidated Hutly platform, you will have one platform that handles it all: forms, eSigning and property data.
