Access to Historical Property Sales Data

We’ve made an update to how historical property sales data is accessed through the platform to ensure ongoing alignment with our Victorian Government data licence.

From now on, property sales records are available for a rolling 10-year period. This means you’ll continue to have full access to the most recent 10 years of verified sales data.

What this means for you:

• You’ll still have access to all current and recent sales data needed for reporting, valuations, and insights.

• Older records (beyond 10 years) are now excluded from search and reporting.

• The quality, accuracy, and compliance of all available data remains unchanged.

This update ensures we continue to meet licence conditions and maintain a trusted, up-to-date dataset for all users.
