🧾 PropertyData Online – Updated Payment Process

Overview

As part of our ongoing commitment to improving security and efficiency, PropertyData Online has transitioned to a new payment processing system. This change ensures faster, more reliable billing and enhanced protection for your payment details.

Key Changes

In March 2025, we sent out a series of communications advising all customers of the upcoming changes to our payment methods.
The key updates are as follows:

  • EFT payments are no longer accepted for PropertyData Online subscriptions.

  • All existing Direct Debit authorities must be re-signed.
    This is a banking compliance requirement and is necessary for us to continue processing your payments securely.

What You Need to Do

To maintain uninterrupted access to your PropertyData Online subscription, please update your payment method by completing one of the following:

  1. Add a Card Payment – Securely link your credit or debit card for automatic billing.

  2. Add a BECS Direct Debit Authority – Authorize direct debit from your nominated bank account.

You can update your payment details by using the link on your most recent invoice.

This update allows PropertyData Online to:

  • Provide a more streamlined and secure payment process.

  • Comply with current banking and payment industry regulations.

  • Reduce administrative delays related to manual EFT payments.
