When will I need to move to ADL Forms Online?

ADL Desktop users will need to transition to ADL Forms Online by 12 July 2025, when ADL Desktop will be decomissioned. From 12 May 2025, ADL Desktop will no longer be supported and forms within it will not be guaranteed compliant.

Why is this happening?

ADL is moving all customers to ADL Forms Online, our upgraded cloud-based platform that ensures:

  • Ongoing form compliance;
  • Access to new features like esigning; and
  • Faster updates and enhanced security.

Your account is ready for migration at no additional cost under your current subscription.

Key Dates

  • 12 May 2025: Forms on ADL Desktop will no longer be guaranteed compliant, and system support will be discontinued. 
  • 12 July 2025: ADL Desktop will be decomissioned, and all form use must be through ADL Forms Online.

Special Note for Queensland customers

With effect from 1 May 2025, the RTA will be providing the following new forms:

  • Rental application form for general tenancies and moveable dwellings (Form 22)
  • Rental application form for rooming accommodation (Rowm R22)
  • Request for approval to attach fixtures or make structural changes (Form 23)

These forms will be available through ADL Forms Online once released by the RTA. They will not be made avaialble on ADL Desktop.
