The Property Card gives you a complete overview of each property in your portfolio—all in one place. From signing statuses to key contacts, it's your central hub for managing and tracking property-specific activity.
🏠 Accessing the Property Card
You can view all your properties anytime by navigating to the My Properties page from the left-hand sidebar.

Each property is displayed with a thumbnail image, property name, and key details at a glance.

To view more detailed information, simply click on the property you'd like to explore.

When you open a Property Card, you’ll find a clean, organised layout with everything you need:

A cover photo appears at the top—perfect for adding a visual identifier of the property.

In the upper right corner, you’ll see quick action buttons to:

Create a New Form

Send a document using Hutly One Touch™

This section displays key details for fast reference:

Managing agent for the property

Linked contacts associated with the property

Property location, displayed via a live Google Maps integration
🔹 Centre of the page
Here, you'll find the more detailed activity and document history:

Signing Status: Quickly check the current progress of any forms sent for signing.

Agreement History: View all previously sent documents, including:

Dates sent

Downloadable copies for record-keeping or compliance, accessible via the Actions menu
