This article will cover the many various pieces of information available to you on the property card, such as: Address, status, signing progress etc.
The Property Card
At any point on the website you can access the My Properties page via the sidebar of the website.
Here you are shown a list of your properties. You are shown a small thumbnail, the name of the property, and other brief information. Select the property you want to view more in-depth information about.
Viewing the Property
When viewing a property you have a lot of options to explore.
You are greeted by a cover photo that you can set. Typically this can be set as an identifiable picture of the property to build familiarity and assurance you're working on the correct Property Card.
In the upper right hand corner you have the option to create a new form, or to send off an existing document using Hutly One Touch™.
Right hand side
On the right hand side of the screen you have access to several small snippets of information for easy access.
You can see who is managing the property, any related contacts to the property, and the property location via an integration with Google Maps.
Centre
On the centre portion of your window you have some larger pieces of information available to view.
The first is the current lease period and cost.
Below you have three additional options to select from to provide you more information.
Signing Status will show you the current status and progression of forms pertaining to the property.
Details provides some slightly more specific information related to the property. You can find information specifying if the property currently leased, for sale, duration, occupants etc.
Under Agreement history you can see the history of documents sent related to the property and the dates of which they were sent. You are also able to download copies of the documents in question for any type of confirmation that is required under Actions.
