Printing a Form in ADL Online

🖨️ How to Print a Form in ADL Online

Whether you want to print a form you’ve just finished filling out, or one you’ve prepared earlier, ADL Online makes it quick and simple.


✅ Getting Your Form Ready

You can print a brand-new form or one you’ve already created.

Here’s how to find the form you want:

  • Starting fresh? From the My Properties page, click New Form in the top right corner.

  • Working on an existing form? Open the property card on your My Properties page, find your form, click the three dots next to it, and choose Edit.

Once you’ve opened the form simply:

  1. Enter or update any details you need.

  2. Then click Continue to move to the finalisation screen.

  3. On the finalisation screen, select Download to create the PDF file ready for printing.

👉 Note: Downloading locks your form. This means it’s finalised and ready for use, but you won’t be able to edit it again—so only download when you’re confident it’s complete.

 


🖨️ Printing Your Form

  1. Open the PDF in your preferred reader (such as Adobe Acrobat).

  2. Use the Print function to produce your hard copy.


💡 A Smarter Option: eSigning

Don’t need a paper copy? Save time (and trees!) by sending the form directly to your client with Hutly Sign. This secure digital signing option removes the need for printing, scanning, or mailing.


🔄 Making Changes After Download

Since downloaded forms are locked for legal and compliance reasons, they can’t be edited further. If something needs adjusting simply:

  1. Head back into ADL Forms Online.

  2. Create a new version of the form.

  3. Update, finalise, and download/print again if required.
