How to whitelist an email address

If you're not receiving emails from ADL Forms Online or Hutly, or if they're being sent to your Junk or Spam folder, it may be due to your email provider's spam filtering settings.

To ensure important messages—like signing requests or account notifications—reach your inbox, you can whitelist (or mark as safe) the following address:

Please note: Email delivery can also be affected by your organization's internal IT policies. If you’ve followed these steps and are still having trouble, we recommend contacting your IT administrator for further assistance.


✅ Microsoft Outlook (Web)

To add a safe sender in Outlook:

  1. Visit outlook.live.com and sign in.

  2. Click the Settings icon (top right) and select View all Outlook settings.

  3. Navigate to: Mail > Junk email.

  4. Under Safe senders and domains, click Add.

  5. Enter: noreply@hutly.network and press Enter.

  6. Click Save to confirm.


✅ Apple Mail (iPhone / iPad)

To mark a sender as VIP in Apple Mail:

  1. Open the Mail app and find an email from noreply@hutly.network.

  2. Tap the sender’s name or email address.

  3. Tap Add to VIP.

VIP emails are marked with a star and receive priority in your inbox.


✅ Gmail (Web)

There are two simple steps to improve email deliverability in Gmail:

Step 1: Add to Contacts

  1. Go to contacts.google.com and sign in.

  2. Click + Create contact.

  3. Add noreply@hutly.network and click Save.

Gmail prioritizes messages from saved contacts.

Step 2: Create a Filter Rule

  1. In Gmail, click the dropdown arrow in the search bar.

  2. In the "From" field, enter: noreply@hutly.network.

  3. Click Create Filter.

  4. Check the box for "Never send it to Spam".

  5. Click Create Filter again to confirm.
