How to track a document sent for signing
The Signing Status section gives you a real-time view of where your contract is in the signing process—so you’re never left wondering who has or hasn’t signed.
You’ll find this section by scrolling slightly down in the Property Card. It’s designed to provide full transparency across both individual signee actions and the overall progress of the contract.
✅ Signee Status
As soon as a contract is sent out, you’ll be able to track each signee’s activity step by step. Here’s what the statuses mean:
-
Sent – The contract has been successfully sent to the signee.
-
Opened – The recipient has opened the document. This confirms it was received and is often a sign that they are reviewing it.
-
Signed – The signee has completed their part. If multiple parties are required, you’ll be able to see exactly who has signed and who is still outstanding.
This level of detail is especially helpful for following up or identifying any delays in the signing process.
✅ Contract Status
At the top of the Signing Status section, you’ll see an overall progress bar showing how far along the contract is. This gives you a quick visual snapshot of the signing progress:
-
🟢 100% Complete – All signees have signed the document. A green bar and a small "Completed" icon will appear, along with the date the contract was finalised.
-
🟡 Partial Progress – For example, if 1 out of 2 signees has signed, the bar will show 50%. The name of the remaining signee will be displayed just below the bar.
-
🔴 0% Progress – No one has signed yet. The bar will be empty and show 0%. You’ll also see how many signees are still required.
This overview is perfect for tracking large agreements or time-sensitive contracts, giving you peace of mind and clear next steps.
