If you're new to ADL, getting started is quick and easy! Just head to our homepage and follow a few simple steps to create your account.
✅ Step 1: Visit the ADL Forms homepage
Go to adlforms.com.
In the top-right corner of the page, you’ll see two options:

Sign In – for existing users

Subscribe – for new users
If you’re new to ADL, click Subscribe to get started.
✅ Step 2: Enter your details
You’ll be prompted to fill in some initial information about your agency. Once complete, click Continue to proceed.
✅ Step 3: Add primary contact information
Next, enter the details of the primary contact for the ADL account. This will be the main user responsible for managing your subscription and agency setup.
When you're done, click Create Account.
✉️ Check your inbox!
After creating your account, you’ll receive an ADL Invitation Email with a link to:

Accept your invitation

Set your password
-
Sign in for the first time
Once you’ve completed those steps, you’re all set to start using ADL Forms Online!
