This article will cover how you can select/enable a utility partner on the ADL Forms Online
Selecting a Utility Referral Partner
Whilst on any part of the website, you will have access to a sidebar with multiple links for quick access to popular pages on the website. Towards the bottom of the list you will need to click Settings.
Here you are presented with multiple details pertaining to your agency, such as: Name, Address, phone number etc. Along the top you will see various headings. We want to select Utility Partners (or Hutly Connect).
Under Hutly Connect you will find information about a Utility referral partner as well as insights related to the partnership.
You will see an option to Update Utility Provider.
A small window will pop up presenting you with options to select from a range of Utility Providers. Once you select your intended referral partner you can click Submit to save the change.
