Choosing your preferred Utility Referral Partner is quick and easy. This setup ensures your agency can provide seamless utility connection options for tenants during the signing process.
Follow the steps below to select or update your referral partner:
✅ Step 1: Navigate to Settings

From anywhere in the platform, click the Settings icon in the left-hand sidebar.

This will take you to your Agency Settings page, where you’ll see general details like your agency name, address, and phone number.
✅ Step 2: Go to Hutly Connect

At the top of the page, click on the Hutly Connect (or Utility Partners) tab.

Here, you’ll find insights about your current utility referral setup and the available partnership options.
✅ Step 3: Update Your Utility Provider

Click Update Utility Provider to begin the selection process.

A small window will appear, showing a list of available Utility Providers.

Select your preferred referral partner from the list.

Click Submit to save your changes.
That’s it! Your new utility referral partner will now be applied to forms and referral workflows across your agency.
