How to Edit Finalized Forms in ADL Online Before Signing
Once a form is finalized in ADL Online, it cannot be edited. Finalizing a form locks it to preserve the integrity of that version. However, if the form has not yet been sent for signing, you can still make changes by following these steps:
- Access the Property Card: Navigate to the Property Card where the finalized form is located.
- Locate the Completed Form: Find the completed form in the list.
- Edit the Form: Click on the three dots next to the form and select "Edit." This will reopen the form for changes.
If the form has already been sent for signing, you will need to retract it to make edits:
- Access the Property Card: Go to the Property Card where the sent form is stored.
- Find the Form: Locate the form in the list.
- Retract the Form: Click the three dots next to the form and select "Edit." The system will prompt you to confirm the retraction of the form.
- Make Edits: After confirming, a copy of the form will be created, allowing you to make your edits before sending it again.
For forms that are saved as drafts, you can continue to edit them at any time before finalizing.
In summary, while finalized forms cannot be edited directly, there are options to modify forms that have not been sent for signing or to retract and edit forms that have already been sent.
