How to edit a form after it's been sent for signing

Need to make a change to a form that’s already been sent for signing? No problem! ADL Forms Online makes it easy to edit and resend forms directly from the property it was created for.

Here’s how to do it:


✅ Step 1: Open the relevant property

  1. Navigate to the My Properties page.

  2. Click into the Property Card linked to the form you want to edit.

✅ Step 2: View agreement history

  1. Inside the property card, scroll to see the current signing status of your form.

  2. Click on the Agreement History tab to view previously sent forms.

✅ Step 3: Edit the agreement

  1. In the Agreement History section, find the form you want to update.

  2. Click the three-dot menu under the Actions column.

  3. Select Edit.

A prompt will appear asking you to confirm the action.

✅ Step 4: Make your changes and resend

  1. Click Continue to begin editing the agreement.

  2. Update any necessary fields within the form.

  3. Once complete, simply resend the form for signing—no need to start from scratch.
