How do I create a new template?
Creating templates in is a great way to save time and streamline your workflow. With just a few clicks, you can pre-fill forms with the details you use most often—so you can get back to what matters faster.
Here’s how to create a template in minutes.

✅ Step 1: Get started from the Templates menu
Once you're logged in, select Templates from the left-hand menu, then click New Template.
✅ Step 2: Choose your form
You’ll be prompted to select the Contract Type, Region, and Contract.
Once selected, click Continue to move to the next step.
✅ Step 3: Name your template
Choose a name that makes the template easy to identify later—especially helpful if you're creating multiple templates for different scenarios or clients.
Click Continue to launch the form.
✅ Step 4: Pre-fill your fields
Fill in as much or as little as you like. Any fields you complete here will be auto-filled every time you use this template going forward.
🔔 Tip: You don’t need to complete the required (red) fields before saving your template—these can be filled in later when using the form.
✅ Step 5: Save your template
Click Save Template in the top-right corner.
Then select Back or click the X to return to the Templates menu.
🎉 That’s it!
Your new template will now appear under My Templates, ready for use whenever you need it.
