There are two easy ways to create a new form from a property —either directly from a Property Card or from the My Properties page. Both paths make it simple to pre-fill key details and streamline your workflow.
✅ Option 1: From the Property Card

Click on the property card you’re working with.
This will open the full property view, including the address, managing agent, and other key details.

In the top-right corner, click New Form.

A window will appear prompting you to select:

Region
-
Contract Type
-
Contract
Quick Tip: Instead of scrolling through all the forms, simply type a keyword like "18a" in the search bar. This helps you find the form you need much faster!

After making your selections, click Continue.

You’ll be taken to a form page where you can complete all relevant details such as:

Terms
-
Bond
-
Expenses
-
And other property-specific fields

Once everything looks good, click Continue in the top-right corner to finalise your contract.
✅ Option 2: From the My Properties page

On the My Properties page, click the New Form button in the top-right corner.
(Note: This will create a new property on your My Properties list.) -
A pop-up window will appear where you’ll need to enter region and contract type, and then select the contract you would like to use.

Start typing the property address and matching results will appear.

Click Continue to proceed to the form.

Complete all required fields specific to the lease agreement—like bond, terms, and expenses.

When you’re ready, click Continue at the bottom of the page to confirm and complete your form.
🎉 That’s it—you’ve created a new form!
