💻 Why ADL Desktop Access Isn’t Automatically Restored
Here’s the catch: while your payment instantly connects with ADL Online, ADL Desktop is a locally installed program sitting on your computer.
Because it’s not connected to the cloud, there’s no magic button to automatically reactivate your Desktop account once you’ve paid your invoice.

If you’ve paid your invoice and still need Desktop access, simply reach out to our friendly support team at support@adlforms.com.
We’ll:
✨ Renew your Desktop access
✨ Email you a new registration code

ADL Desktop is still available right now, but it will be retired in the future. To keep things seamless and to ensure access to fully compliant forms, we highly recommend getting set up with ADL Online if you haven’t already.
Just remember - access to ADL Online is included in your subscription at no additional charge.

As an active ADL Desktop customer, you already have an ADL Online account set up and waiting for you.
All you need to do is:

Go to the ADL Online login page.
- Click on the Sign in button located in the top right corner of the screen
- Enter your username

Click “Forgot password”.

Reset your password.

Log in and start using ADL Online for the very first time! 🎉
