🚧 Current Limitations

At the moment in ADL Online, the ability to delete a property card does not exist.

Why? Because in real estate, auditing and compliance are critical — which means records can’t simply be deleted.

We understand that mistakes happen — sometimes a property card is created with the wrong address, or you just wish you could tidy up old records. You’re not alone, and we’ve been listening to this feedback from our customers.

🗂️ What’s Coming Soon

Our team has added this to the future features list, and here’s what you can look forward to:

🗑️ Property Card Deletion

• Delete a property card if it was created in error — for example, if the wrong address was entered.

📦 Property Card Archiving

• Archive a property that’s no longer under your management, but still needs to be retained for compliance purposes.

• Archived records will remain accessible when needed, while keeping your active property list clean and manageable.

🔮 Looking Ahead

For now, property cards can’t be deleted or edited for compliance reasons. But rest assured, the ability to archive or delete in a controlled way is on the way.

In the meantime, keep creating property cards as usual — and know that easier management tools are just around the corner.
